Since initial investment in 2022, Eir Partners facilitated ReviveHealth’s acquisition of SwiftMD, a virtual care services company with a strong national physician network.

Cloudmed, formerly Revint Solutions, is a provider of Revenue Intelligence solutions for hospitals. Eir Partners was the founding investor-operator and built Cloudmed from a single product company with ~$2 million in revenue to an enterprise technology-enabled platform serving 2,500+ hospitals in the United States, recovering over $1.2 billion of underpaid or unidentified revenue for its clients annually. Eir Partners sourced and partnered with New Mountain Capital to merge Revint Solutions and IMA in December of 2017.
